I'm utterly exhausted.  I eked out some comment replies, but I just don't have the energy to type on here.  And since I need to make sure I get up and go work out tomorrow (woo-hoo, Aqua Fit class #1!) I can't justify sitting on the computer much longer.

Ergo, I will update with the Spiritual Foode and Foode Log tomorrow.  Just know that it's been another good day and that Jesus is shredding my heart to pieces... with love.  Why He loves me so much I will never understand, but He does and the theme of redemption is so great in my life that just typing this sentence has me in tears.

I know not all of my readers believe in Jesus, but I beseech you to seek Him.  He is so precious and will never fail you.  He is perfect, and He is still in the habit of turning rancid water into wine.
