Not terrible numbers, but I have more to say below.

So, not shabby. That said, it's irritating a bit because on Saturday and Sunday mornings I weighed 339 and 338 pounds. I even weighed 343 last night, and usually I weigh 3-5 pounds less the next morning. So dumb. But it's fine with me... I know the weight is coming off, and these fluctuations can bite me.
I am happy to report that I have been on point with calories every day, even all weekend... hopefully not just because I've been sick. Also, I'm going to try to do some strength training tonight but I'm going to be careful not to overexert myself and send my immune system back into a spiral. For that reason I'm not going to do cardio until I feel my energy coming back. Just getting up and being at work has me exhausted, which sucks! Also, I forgot to wear my pedometer yesterday AND today, which is truly annoying because I know I have been walking more steps- they shot a commercial at my work yesterday and so we had to park way off in the back parking lot. It's definitely a few hundred extra steps each way. So... snap.
Last thing- I will do a follow up to yesterday's post, just not today.
