FFR was originally an idea cooked up with my (uber supportive) friend Darla. The basic premise is that it's a rewards system (shocker) in which my more avid readers send me lil' sumthin's when I reach goals of eating and exercising in a given week. The idea is a solid one, I just haven't pushed it a whole heck of a lot recently... it is, quite literally, saying "Hey if I do what I am supposed to will you send me a gift?"... not exactly an easy request. That said, I'm still sorting it out (as of mid-August 2008) so when I decide what I want I'll be a champ and let you all know :)
