Finally, at long last, my before pictures. These were taken April 6, 2008, after I'd lost 19 pounds.
I hate my thighs. Look at them! And notice how my entire body leans right (left in the photo) ? It's odd that it does, since my left leg is my stabilizer. Nonetheless, there I am.
I absolutely hate my stomach. It's my least favorite part of my body. My butt isn't even so terrible, at least the bottom part. The top of my butt, and bottom of my back, is pretty gross. But still... my stomach is huge. Also, my chin... ugh. I hate it. This is a reminder of why I am losing weight.
I am posting this one because I don't really have a neck and I have terrible posture. My trapezius muscles are overdeveloped so they hump up next to my neck... I hope that as I lose weight and work on my posture/core that my shoulders will look more normal.
I have to include a picture of my arms. They're huge. My right is bigger than my left. They are bigger than most women's thighs. Ack.

These are the reminder as to why I am losing weight, why I am doing this, and why I cannot stay this way. May these always serve as the worst I ever looked, and may I only look better and better as I go. That's my goal. I can't wait to be able to post progress pics- likely every ten pounds or so, or possibly once a month, depending on which makes more sense. Stay tuned :)
