Ok, so I actually got some pretty sweet tips! These are the ones I love:
Dish up only half a serving/spoon/scoop full of everything you want to eat. Eat slowly, focusing on the flavors and textures. Then go back for seconds for only the things you truly enjoy/love-- and no more than a serving. Absolutely no thirds-- but see if you can take some leftovers home-- bring a plastic container along. It helps me eat slowly and more purposefully if I put my utensils down between every single bite and also take a swallow of water between most bites. (le rambunctious Rhani)
